I sure wish every weekend could be so... fulfilling.
Saturday was a girls' day out slash farewell for one of my high school friends. It's so rare for us to have any opportunity to talk to each other, and even if we did, it was usually in twos or threes. Well, that day we had at least a couple of hours worth of 'girl talk' and all 6 of us were in it, so it was great. We definitely have to continue this particular conversation, preferably over some drinks and at a sleepover or something. In fact, one of them suggested that we organize a girls' night out, to initiate one who had never tasted alcohol before and as an excuse for us to get tipsy together. =/
Again, I indulged in my newest hobby - shoe shopping. Today's was a pair of really cute 3-inch velvet heels with a ribbon at the side. It was only after I got home that I realized I have so many shoes but nowhere to wear them. Or rather, nowhere suitable to wear them without looking like I tried too hard (or maybe it's just me; other people wear heels all the time and don't look/feel weird). =_=
Today was with a different bunch of people - the RO group. It's hard to believe that it's been almost a whole year since I saw them all. Midvalley today was crazy packed, not only with humans but also animals of the furry variety. We had lunch at Sushi Zanmai (why is it that every time a gathering is held there we all inevitably end up in Zanmai?) then went to the Pet World exhibition. A lot of kitties, not enough doggies. =(
Met some new - okay, maybe not so *new* - people at MV today. Ryo Kenzaki (who had a tarantula booth O_o), Ah Yian, Michael @ Hata @ Ru's new bf, and Civen (or Civet (?) Omg I can't remember; sorry! T_T). The rest of the usual group were there, of course. ^^ I had a really good time catching up with them and all the *coughgossipcough* news. Didn't get the chance to go shopping or anything, since Bryan kindly offered to send me home. Good thing I did; the KTM and LRT were packed like sardines. What else can I say? A white Suzuki Swift is so cute and pretty comfortable. XD
Got home really tired and straight fell asleep when I went to lie down on my bed.
P/S: It's the Germany vs England match right now. I'm rooting for Germany. *crosses fingers*

Teenagers On Holiday
"Teenagers," said Luke, as if it were the filthiest word he knew, and threw himself into the oncoming horde.- City of Ashes

On Friday we had breakfast at OldTown, then dinner + yumcha at SS2's Murni, and on Saturday we went to Bon Odori in Shah Alam. Yesterday 4 of us (wayu, jelv, saolee and me) went to watch Ice Age 3 (3D) at 1Utama and laughed like mad. XD
What else is there? Oh, yes, the results for FICM finals were released yesterday. All I can say is that they were more or less what I expected to get, so no surprise there. The registration form for degree is sitting on the table next to me and it has a very reproachful aura radiating from it, so I think I'll go with my parents and hand it in tomorrow. *sigh*

On a more important note, I really, really need to go to a bookstore soon (preferably MPH, Borders or Kinokuniya) so that I can get some of the books that I've been waiting for a while now. I went to Kino the other day but they didn't have the edition that I wanted, so I didn't buy it. Bought "MAX" (Maximum Ride series by James Patterson) but only realised afterwards that it wasn't exactly the version I wanted either. Oh what the hell, it had a 28% discount thanks to the Daruma Card. (Gosh, I could've used the discount to buy Japanese section books right?! Nuuuu~~~)
Okay, what else is there to blog about? Hmm... I'm good at random stuff, so here are some. I don't want the holidays to end. I hate the fact that my semester starts when everybody else is having holidays. I wonder if there's enough money to finish my degree. I'm thinking if I should go on a RO hiatus again, at least until the end of the year when I have 1month+ of holidays. I wish my bro would get a new car so that I can start driving. I want...

It's Daylight Robbery, I Tell You!
Okay, not really. I was just exaggerating - sorta.
I mean, RM38 for a magazine is definitely a better bargain compared to RM38 per month for some dead-and-dying game. *coughragnarokcough* At least I get colourful glossy pages to drool over time and again instead of gameplay that only lasts 30 days. Gosh, I feel so stupid now.
Not that it was all bad - I got to know some really great online friends during my active years there. ^^ (And the game was super cute! >_<)
So... anyway, I have completely forgotten why and what I wanted to blog about while I was searching for pictures to add to this post. *facepalms*
I quote Winnie the Pooh - "Think, think, think..."
Oh yes! Now I remember. The 5th (subbed) episode of Junjou Romantica 2 is out today! *dances around happily* Have I ever mentioned that I love Aarinfantasy to bits? Well, Junjou Romantica has become my drug addiction and they are the suppliers. It is the reason why I look forward to the next week, because I know that I will get my fill of romance (albeit of the not-so-conventional type) and humour from it.I now officially announce that Junjou Romantica is my obsession!
Phew, that felt good. =)
Now all I need is the scanlation of the 8th volume so that I'll know what happens next in the Romantica arc. I freely admit I am only a fan of the Usagi X Misaki pairing and not really into the other 2 pairings. Nevertheless, you take what you can get, right? And all of them are gorgeous! =P
Yeah, that's about it for today. Off to sleep!
Nightz, people. ^^ Sweet dreams~!
